Organisational support

Alongside the careers support work that I offer individuals, I also work with small and medium-sized organisations in all sectors to provide a number of different services:

 

  • Career transition coaching for members of your team moving into new roles following promotion or restructure.

  • Career development coaching for those who may be struggling with elements of their role and you think might benefit from some external perspective.

  • Outplacement support for those that you are having to let go through redundancy. Redundancy is always an uncomfortable process for organisations but can be devastating for the employees affected. Supporting those that you can no longer employ is a really important initiative that can be incredibly impactful not only for those directly affected by the redundancies, but also for remaining members of staff who value working for an organisation that goes the extra mile. Outplacement sessions can be held most effectively on a 1:1 basis, as every individual will have their own priorities; however, workshops are another alternative if you have a number of people affected.

  • Maternity coaching / Shared Parental Leave coaching to aid smooth handovers and return to work – 1:1 support or workshops can also be offered to managers who maybe handling these kinds of transitions for the first time.

  • Return to work support for those coming back to work after an extended career break following maternity/shared parental leave; caring for elderly relatives, or after a period of physical or mental health challenges.

  • Career coaching for members of your team with ADHD who might benefit from some external support.
