My focus is to help you to achieve your own definition of success and build a career that reflects your values and aspirations. With my career background, qualifications and research, I bring a strong blend of professional and personal experience and understanding to help my clients lead fulfilled working lives.

​

My professional background encompasses human resources and organisational development; as well as an early career in events management and fundraising. I’ve worked within the commercial sector, the public sector and voluntary organisations, and this range of experience has given me a broad understanding of a range of roles and industries. I have been working as a career coach since 2009.

  • 2018 MSc in Career Management and Coaching, with a research focus on strengths and career successes of adults with ADHD

  • 2012 PGC in Careers Counselling and Talent Management, with a research focus on the concept of ‘returnships’ for those returning to work after extended career breaks.
