Alongside the careers support work that I offer individuals, I also work with small and medium-sized organisations to provide a number of different services:

General HR support for businesses with no (or limited) HR function, and for organisations that just need an extra pair of hands…

  • Developing policies and procedures for your business, in line with legislation and your business strategy
  • Supporting managers to handle performance management issues, or difficulties within their teams
  • Reviewing recruitment procedures and looking at ways to retain your staff
  • Strategic analysis of your business and staff engagement surveys to prioritise where to focus your efforts with your teams
  • Creating appropriate learning programmes* and supporting managers to develop their teams within the working context
  • Working with your team to build collaboration and understanding*
  • Profiling, coaching and development work with individuals, leaders and teams using psychometric profiling tools such as Strengthscope (TM), Strengthscope360 (TM) and StrengthscopeLeader (TM)

Career support within organisations of any size…

  • Career transition coaching for those moving into new roles following promotion or restructure, or for those that you are having to let go following redundancy
  • Career development coaching for those who may be struggling with elements of their role
  • Maternity/Paternity coaching to aid smooth handovers and return to work – this can be beneficial for the individual and for the managers who are handling the transitions
  • Return to work coaching for those coming back to work after extended breaks

* I have a small office in Hampton Hill where I can run one to one coaching sessions, workshops and meetings for groups of up to six people if you don’t have appropriate rooms available, or if you would rather be ‘off-site’.
